Update: After several weeks, Run Out Groove has ed me back and has since straightened out the overcharges.

Great reissue label that put out quality releases, but their customer service is very poor if you buy from them directly.

My order invoices from 2021 has disappeared from my ROG and I never received email notifications that my order was sent and they erroneously overcharged taxes and duties on top of the existing duties I already paid through their web store. ing customer service continuously gave me the run-around and it took multiple replies to get my complaint escalated but still waiting for an update. Don't expect a quick reply from them at all and beware if you pre-order from ROG's web store, especially if you live outside of the USA.

Can you update the new biohazard vinyl release for the colored version.
