The Transoceanic Trading Company, also credited as Transoceanic Trading Co., was a Dutch record company set up by Fábrica Odeon), both previously previously created by an independent Odeon.

Like it's parent company, Transoceanic Trading Co. was acquired by Electric & Musical Industries Ltd. in 1931, retaining istration of the Odeon branch.

Transoceanic Trading Company was the most common credit used for Brazilian records published by the company. It began to be credited in 1928, taking over credits from Casa Edison, Rio De Janeiro, which also acted as main recording studio.

In 1942, all operations from Transoceanic Trading Company were moved to Indústrias Elétricas E Musicais Fábrica Odeon S.A..
