US label founded in 1984 by Richard Jordan, who had previously been involved in Red Music. Stopped operating in the mid 90's but was started again in 2003 when Tim White ed as the MD.

In the past they also had an office in Europe, which was located at the same address as Play It Again Sam at that time. (Southern Sound SC, Rue De Cureghem 67, 1000 Brussels, Belgium).
