Company history:
Turn of the year 1967-68 - Operating under the name Ulvsunda Gummifabrik (owned by Trelleborg), the company bought the vinyl manufacturing part of the business from AB Alpha.
Beginning of 1969 - UIvsunda Gummifabrik decided to start duplicating tapes, both cassettes and 8-track cartridges. Anders Key was sales manager. The duplicating department in Sundbyberg is led by engineer Roland Skärlund.
1970-10-15 Name change to Ulvex AB, UGA's CEO Bengt Lizell becomes head of the company.
1970-71 Ulvex produced both 7", LP, cassettes and 8-track, also for export.
Turn of the year 1977-78 - the business was sold to Toolex Alpha AB.
