    Lightning Records NV, the distributor of Bonzai Records and its affilate labels, unfortunately went bankrupt in 2002. Bonzai was saved from extinction by various artists of their previous releases and so the rebirth of this label under the new name of Bonzai Music was possible under the new subdivsion of Banshee Worx.
