Arnaldo Trindade & Cia. Lda.

Arnaldo Trindade & Ca. Lda is one of the oldest record companies in Portugal, which began its activity in 1956.
In addition to commercializing in Portugal international publisher releases, such as the cases of the Italian company Durium, Vogue, Pye Records, Tamla Motown, Island, among others, also began to build its own catalog through the creation of labels, such as Orfeu, which has come to become one of the most important and legendary, locally. This was in the possession of Arnaldo Trindade & Ca. Lda until the beginning of the 80's, and then ed into the hands of Rádio Triunfo, when it was also acquired by José Serafim.
Later, the entire catalog of Arnaldo Trindade & Ca. Lda, including all the labels of it, as well as the entire estate of Rádio Triunfo, was integrated into Movieplay Portuguesa.
