Лицензионное соглашение между РАО и ООО "Даймонд СД" № 2141/МЗ-97
"2141/МЗ-97" is the ID of the license agreement between РАО (Russian Authors' Society) and the label.
Such agreements allowed labels to release CDs & cassettes for the Russian market in the '90s. It's unconfirmed if this agreement actually existed.
