Outbreak is sort of a "Moving Shadow-ling", because
1. Outbreak had exceptional output, as Moving Shadow did.
2. I think one could point out that everyone loved this label (think about Possession, for example) as well.
3. Its roster was incredible - Counterstrike, Future Prophecies, Dylan, B-Key, Ink...
4. ... and, after a decent lifespan, it also quit the game, and you can't really hear Outbreak rollers these days :(
