Love how these 12"s all had the WL w minimal printing; perfect "canvas" for *actual* MURK to collect on, giving all the 12"s a similar dirt stained looking label (being 25 years old at this point). as well, the label/crew name lets you know 100% what kind of House Music these doggs traffic in; they're beyond the deep end, stuck in the thick, heavy MURK. Almost all these 12"s still sound fresh/work extremely well on dancefloors in any setting; truly skeletal "Deep" House proving not only is less more, when done right it can be monstrous.

A truly great groundbreaking label, it's just a shame that many of the original people who ed this label buying the first pressings were rewarded with dodgy reused or very poor quality vinyl pressings. Many of the original pressings are up there with Chicago Trax as the worst quality pressings in House music history.
