Released for Record Store Day 2014, worth noting: Both of these versions are different recordings than on Blackstar. Side A: was released on the best of "Nothing Has Changed" Side B is more of a demo recording, found only here, very electronic, sounding almost nothing like the later jazzed up re-recording. -

I bought one in Winnipeg MB Canada and its No.6855 so it seems to just keep going up and up and up. Im assuming 10,000 is probably the right number. -

My copy is numbered No. 4875, so not sure about the assertion in the notes that this is a limited run of 1000. -
Awesome new single from David Bowie. Lovely to hear him doing jazz again, he does it so well!
The 10" vinyl of this is gorgeous. It's a 45 so the clarity is bright and crisp. The bass comes through nicely but it's a little bit on the light side to me. Perhaps the production?
The B-side is excellent too and harks back ( but doesn't repeat) 'Nite Flights'.
Anyway, great track, great vinyl.
People out there are moaning about the slip cover being "fragile". Well, it's a homage to the old 78s and they just came in bits of paper so I think it's a nice touch!
