Tight piece of work all the way around. Nice pressing and a pretty strong first outing from PM. Nice gatefold, good looking and sounding vinyl.

Awesome Pressing!! But my pressing isn’t marbled? It’s just orange and nothing else anymore else copy like this?
-
little bit of surface noise here and there, but pretty solid pressing. color looks great. i wish this was the deluxe version — it’s missing 4 tracks that are on spotify. f.

came with the spine.. flipped? only record in my collection that reads that way. vinyl itself has a few divots and bubbles in it, so i’m curious to listen before posting a review.

Edited 6 years agoSounds like crap. The only smooth thing is the bass. The vocals are crackly and distorted, like horribly bad. "I neebbbzzz thazzzzzt monzzzeyzzz bbzzzz." I've heard better mp3s. Bad engineering and mastering. I can barely hear that beautiful melody I love about White Iverson. Tons of fuzz, huge pops and junk. Also this thin ass gimmicky orange vinyl is warped. Going to return. Don't bother. Pretty disappointing for $54 CDN (greedy as Hell by the way). If you're going to charge people a for vinyl, it better be a product. I will make them eat this copy and try another. If the second one sounds the same, they're eating it too.
Played this album right after Damn by Kendrick Lamar. I was smiling how good Damn sounded, this was a major disappointment.
Keep putting these crappy presses out. I'll send em back all day long. Accepting this quality proliferates the problem of piss poor quality control and careless manufacturing/engineering. Send them back and spread the word for others when you encounter. -
This album sounds much too demonic for my ears, despite the fact that Metro Boomin produced the track "Congratulations" and Republic released the vinyl version of it. I prefer "C'est Chic" by Chic over this album.

Edited 7 years agoPressing has a *slight* edge warp but plays perfectly. Local record shop find. Orange variant.

Edited 7 years agoCould anyone comment on the quality or the pressing? Thinking of picking this up.
EDIT: Jumped the gun and got bought the record. Pressing is good!
