picked this up recently nice disco ride... I bought a couple more of her records at the same time

I mean, a quick look at the credits just shows that this set up to be a killer LP -
Keni Burke on bass, Curtis Mayfield on guitar, Jones girls on backing and Hackett who also worked with Leroy Hutson.
I'm glad this is still knocking around for bargain prices! -
A terrific album that was released at the zenith of the disco era. Every track is a killer, a true disco classic.

certainly a true r&b classic Runaway love, this lp featured linda's vocal ability very well. the anthem rendition of "if my friends could see me now, was a pretty solid success in the pop and tea dance nightclubs. other than, Runaway Love, Gypsy lady and You are, you are, were regularly progrmmed in many black and / or gay nightclubs of the day.
