Just listened to this and realized why I loved this album in 1986. At the time I thought it was an odd sounding metal album. Now listening to the production and songs it is IMO so much more than just a Metal album. Then again isnt every one of their albums like that. Excellent.

I need help, I just bought the blue ring US 1986 version and when it came to classifying it on Discogs, it turns out that no one has the version I bought on side B - embossed around spindlehole:
EAST only I have it is very strange!!!

This album has maybe the best production of any record from its era. It’s so unbelievable.

I couldn't agree more. Sonically insane. So much to hear tight and in your face. Drums, guitars bass and Mega Vocals. Must add essential 80's metal LP

I wasn’t expecting much but I was shocked when the needle touched the groove. This has to be the most dynamic, hard-hitting, powerful record in my collection. The drums slap you in the face, the bass is tight and articulate while Tate’s voice takes center stage sounding crystal clear. This is definitely the best presentation of this timeless masterpiece. Grab it if you come across it!
