While the Spanish title hints at the album's Latin influences, it could really have been in about twenty languages because Con Todo El Mundo is an international trip. The album is perfectly designed for ive listening, but becomes much more rewarding through close listening as all manner of details reveal themselves.

Road trip, mile marker melter. A mellow but unstoppable groove. Like the time Homer got the wind-up chicken to repeatedly hit the “Y” button, Con Todo ain’t stopping until there’s a meltdown. -
Magical. Fans of this bewitching album may want to check Adrian quesada & Ocote Soul Sounds El Niño y el sol from back in the day. Tommy Guerrero’s soul food taqueria also comes to mind as does some of Gabor szabos 60s work.
