As far as I know the Grace's Swing Mix on the US 12" has not been released on CD yet.
As the Bullet Proof Heart with the Swing Mix is 7:10 same one used on the UK CD Single. -
Edited 18 years agoBack in 1989, the "The Cole & Clivilles Garage House Mix" had one of the most powerfull bassline around & the "Put Some Grace In Your Face" lyrics from Grace Jones were used here by C & C for maximum effect. Something strange is that the German pressing (& UK also) of this version is only 7:10 and built in a total different way, no long intro with G. Jones 's lyrics but the straight "in your face" bassline, and the whole remix, although being named the same, seems like a totally re-edited one .
Also note that some releases have both mixes, with the "Garage House Mix" being named "Grace's Swing Mix"....a bit confusing …
Both are killer remixes & must have, best result when mixed together.
