one of the best tracks every. when Dubtribe came out Florida lost its shit. this was the first to take hold. the rest is history.

I was very satisfied with the order. Great Packaging and great condition. I will surely shop with this in the future.

Top shelf West Coast dance from the mid-90s. A very important record. A classic - and a personal fave. Dubtribe were the shit! Saw them many times - and they'd take the room to another dimension. Big ups!!!

If I'm not mistaken, Moonbeam is the singer; and, it is her vocals that are included on the B-side "Sunshine Remix," including MC work by DJ Collage.

Though Dubtribe are known for their tribal house productions Mother Earth conveys a feeling rarely found in house tracks. It has that spacy, techno-hippie feel and so I would class it as a trance tune. Especially since it is dominated by a mid-frequency synth line. Though unlike most trance tunes it has a really great tribal beat. And of course who can forget the heartfelt message in the middle of the track. "I want my planet back".
The remix on side B doesn't seem to change much. Sunshine's remix adds some vocals from Sunshine and some Jamaican style deejay chatter. The synth is gone and is replaced by a piano. Nothing on the original. Memory Edit is a slow, dubby track without a beat.
