Notes
"Made by HMV" appeared on the labels of New Zealand copies from its' release in 1971 to approx. July 1973 when the text was changed to "Made By EMI". This is corroborated by the fact that first NZ presses of DSOTM were also made by HMV for a very short time until the changeover.
Conversely, the "Made by HMV" text continues to appear on the cover inside the gatefold well into the 70's. Initially this might have been an attempt to use up the already printed HMV sleeves. However, given the commonality of HMV sleeves, it is far more likely that it was just an oversight by the record company and that the HMV text was retained in error. EMI text labels in HMV covers are very common.
This pressing also exists with no publishers' credits on labels. See added photos.
