33 1/3 over 4 discs! cut very hot, huge dynamic range. Sounds STUNNING, reference quality. Well balanced, airy, uber bass and soaring highs which are not shrill

Edited 5 years agoThis is defenitely a great album and also a fantastic edition, heavy gatefold, 4 lps in dedicated sleeves with fine artwork, even the quality of paper is exemplary, all in all, an amazing combo!!! My only caveat would be the production, I don't really get that "overcooked highs" thing, it adds a piercing quality that fatigues after a while... I also have the same issue with their first album I own in original German, toned & brittle highs that spoil the party... other fields of production could be better, lows sometimes sound fat and congested, voices muffled, I could go on... anyways, life isn't perfect, so I'll stop bitching and plain enjoy :-)
