They ed the Clash when I saw them in Leicester in ‘78. Came on after The Specials, lasted two numbers before being booed/gobbed off the stage. A couple of years later they were the hippest US band around. -
Still sounds as good today as it did when I first bought it in 1977...and just as scary.
