Other than the cover artwork are there any differences between this newer 2018 Mr Bongo reissue and the 2015 Mr Bongo reissue? And are they both gatefolds?

So, this version has labeling on the runout from both the 1984 Som Livre release and the Mr. Bongo 2018 release. Did Mr. Bongo buy up old stock from some warehouse in Brasil where Som Livre was keeping unsold copies?
