1. Obi-strip
2. Insert with info about the SHM-CD format
3. Insert with photos of the original labels (numbered)
4. Insert of notes (mostly in Japanese)
Note that the genuine Japanese issue has "SHM-CD" stamped on the CD matrix inner ring (see scans). There are counterfeits (probably from Russia) that are very similar to the genuine version, without these stamps.
