I always thought that this track is from 1988 or 1989 at most. Not 1990.
This doesn't have that rave style of 1990. It sounds way earlier, more like Chicago house era of 1988 or acid house. It is a very minimal track to have been released in 1990.
But i may be wrong. -

On A side there are three separated tools tracks with silence between them, after the Rain Forest Mix, not only Acapella as written.

1988 - crazy has a little cheesy part with the oh yeah but the synths - little trance preview, than this strings or whatever, man this sound straight from hells gates.

One of my earliest house music memories is hearing this track through static trying to get it to come clear on a distant Canadian radio station. I never knew it was rare either!

I hearing this track at Disc-o-rama (downstairs) and bought the 12" on the spot when it came out. Didn't know it was a rare track until years later. Still in my bins.

"ah ah ah ah ah, oooh yeeaaah...I cain't stop!" At once, simultaneously sexually stimulating and a bit creepily unsettling.

A defining moment for my lucky ears when I first came across Plez "I Can't Stop". A classic New York jam!
