Recorded at Sound Techniques Studio, London (UK) on the 11th and 12th of January 1967.

The CD-ROM has six video files (clips from Peter Whitehead's film) as bonus material to open on a computer: Interviews with Michael Caine, Julie Christie, David Hockney, Mick Jagger, and Peter Whitehead and a film without credits "full length Pink Floyd version of 'Interstellar Overdrive'" (cover text). It shows the rehearsing Pink Floyd, Pink Floyd playing in clubs, "Swinging London", etc. The soundtrack is track 1 "Interstellar Overdrive".

This is identical to Pink Floyd - In London 1966*1967, except for the catalog number (SFM 1967 vs. SFM 1966) printed on the back, spines and discs (but the booklet has 'SFM 1966' in both cases). Also the barcode is different.
