Fantastic sounding record on nice thick vinyl, not too keen on the different running on the vinyl but that's probably down to Weather Report 2 being moved from the closer, the two vinyl exclusive tracks are great though. This is their last amazing record for me and what a way to bow out.

Mark E. Smith succeeds at doing a very difficult task for anyone: a great rock record and at the same time minimalistic even by Fall standards.

Just edges out "Fall Heads Roll" as their best album of the 21st century.

A really good pressing with one of the best bass sounds I've ever heard on a vinyl. Too bad sibilants are really distorted, but that's what you get with various Mark-E-Smithsms that include a vicious "sssSSsshhhHSsshhhHsssss" when there's a possibility.

Fantastic, full sound, wonderful pressing and the last line-up are on absolutely top-form. Buy this, Re-Mit and and especially Sub-Lingual Tablet to hear a completely re-invigorated M.E.S and an utterly energised line-up. Fantastic songs and wonderfully needling keyboard work from Eleni.
I can't really fault any of the LP's from The Real New Fall LP to New Facts Emerge, tbh.
I intend to buy the Imperial Wax LP (the band, not the album, I already have two pressings) as soon as possible.
