This is BY FAR the best thing out there of The Screamers. Pretty much everything, with the exception of the Target Video is a bootleg, so why this gets listed as a bootleg and others don't is beyond me. It's worth noting that the recordings on here are far superior to the tracks which appear on the "official" release of "In a better World", or pretty much any other release out there, all other release's tracks sound sourced from the same origin tapes, not these, these sound sourced from master tapes. This is probably the closest thing to what an official record would have sounded like, had it been properly released back in the day. No idea what this was sourced from exactly, but it is unique to every other screamers release that has ever been out there, sadly, there doesn't appear to have been many of these made. I in the 2000's reading on a site about the process of them finding these recordings, but that site is now long gone. Hoping some day someone unearths something like this for the 1977-78 demos album, as the release out there, all of them are plagued with hum issues. IF, and I say if you are lucky enough to come across a copy of this, buy it, buy one for a friend, and one for another. I imagine in years to come this will likely fetch a ridiculous price tag because of the rarity and quality of it. Just wish there was more recordings of this quality out there of them.
