Edited 5 months agoVery good pressing. The mix is a bit weird (drums in right chnl only), but the sound is great and Bob’s voice sounds perfect. Besides the drums, this may as well be a Mono version. Very glad I have this.

I've heard people knock this album because it's not breaking any new ground or making a big statement. I enjoy it for the strong set of lyrics and the rootsy, relatively simple arrangements. No issues with this particular pressing, the soundstage is clear and uncluttered, and Dylan's vocals sound very good. My copy plays nice and clean with occasional faint surface noise between songs.
