Too lazy to add it right now, but I have the white pressing that I bought at his concert on 4/14 in Milwaukee. It has JNH (Joe Nino-Hernes) Sterling in the deadwax which I'm very happy with since Sterling is usually legit.
It takes a lot for me to say "this sounds way better than digital". I was worried about it being too bassy, but its quite balanced and the bass is not overdone whatsoever. Seems like the mastering engineer has done a lot of hip-hop, so he did a good job not drowning out the highs and mids with bass. Relatively quiet pressing. Very few artifacts at least on A/B. I would say it sounds very similar to the digital release, which makes sense since I guarantee its not AAA.
Playing on a Rega P10, Apheta 3 cart, Aria pre-amp. -
Edited 2 years agoMorgan Wallen (who is totally over rated) releases a album of 35 songs of so so average country music. Most likely this boring album will stay in bIllboards Hot 200 album chart for a year too. Sad state of things on the billboard charts I totally blame streaming for the down fall of contemporary music.
