Side A (Timeline) is absolutely timeless, one of the greatest tracks to ever come out of Detroit. Side B (Amazon 4 hero version) strength lies in the synth at the beginning of the track. All round excellent 12” -
Love to try and mix timeline together with Logic-Blues for you (hard dub) Should be interesting : )

This EP is especially known for track "Timeline" but don't forget "Amazon (4 Hero Version)" which is a really nice "future jazz" track in the Detroit spirit with a beautiful melody. -
Edited 19 years ago"Timeline" was one of the most played tunes of the Fuse:In festival in Detroit over Memorial Day weekend in 2005. Despite being a few years old now, the tune couldn't sound more perfect for this time. It looks forward and backward at the same time, combining the distinctive UR melodic techno touches with a slightly housey feel. Undoubtedly this is one of the perfect dancefloor moments that are the hallmark of the UR catalogue. -
Time-line: Techno or House ?? Who cares!! This is a slamming track that works in any kind of set...certainly my favourite U/R release!
