I'm i the only one with a copy that has different kinds of colored discs? One is transparanet red and black and the other one is just solid red and black marble swirled and not clear.

Superb version! Completely quiet and The dynamics of the sound punch you in the face! Excellent soundstage and instrument definition. Grab a copy while you can!
-
Amazing version of Yield, obviously beats easily other lp versions. Levi Seitz did a brilliant job on this and also on Vs. Hopefully he will do more PJ releases etc. 🙏🏻

Edited one year agoThe previous pressing I had sounded good but this is from different planet. Excellent dynamics, sound very rich, the drums especially the cymbals sound like I would be present in their rehearsal room…Probably the best sounding Pj record in my collection
-
Yup. This is the one. Probably one of the best PJ issues of all time! Quiet vinyl with excellent deep base and dynamics.

Finally sitting down to listen to both the 45 re-issues of VS. and now this. ing the chorus to say this sounds phenomenal. Yield never sounded better. Or more full. Definitely worth the wait.

My copy came with a sticker of a yield sign that says "PEARL JAM" rather than "Yield". It fell out of the first flap of the gatefold.
Both of my inner sleeves are split along the edges. Records are nice and flat. Found I needed to give this a decent brushing before playing as when I first spun up side A there was a thin corkscrew of residue that started peeling away in front of the needle. Some deliberate brushing stopped resolved the problem. There is a mark on the label of side A that may just be from shipping. It seems to me that if I had picked this up from a shelf in a store and it were in perfect condition these blemishes could have been avoided.
Sounds perfectly fine despite having to brush it clean. Glad to have it on the shelf with the rest of the Pearl Jam album I have accumulated. -
Edited one year agoYes, this album looks and sounds phenomenal. Not a single flaw in my pressing and the gatefold jacket is outstanding. I am a fan of Ten and Vs, but Vitalogy did nothing for me. Happily, Yield is extremely enjoyable. Super happy I pre-ordered this and waited all year for it to show up.

This pressing is amazing. So dynamic , quiet , flat and sound is loud and separated. I couldn't be more pleased.
