        I can confirm this is only affecting a portion of the discs under this European pressing, luckily. I bought this specific release shortly after it came out and upon learning of the degrading of the BD only a few days ago I checked my disc and luckily it still plays fine. No surface degradation or anything like that. I am certain my box set is this very edition because of the www.takt.eu identifier on the discs' matrixes, but most likely my disc was not part of the faulty batch. The irony here is that this box set does not even seem as pricy as the latest one, which actually is less rewarding content wise, if you ask me! "...new car, caviar, four star day dream, think I'll buy me a football team..."

          I only just found out about the BRD being faulty. Checked mine and sure enough it’s not being recognised. Absolutely livid. Emailed the address below only to receive an automated response saying the replacement program was stopped in September 2022. So angry about this!

            This review is about replacement BD. I just checked my recently received replacement BD and found that there is NO 4.0 quad mix on it. Instead of it there is two 2.0 stereo mixes as programs 2 and 3 of BD. What a shame! I that original BD – while it worked – contained 5.1 mix as program 1, 2.0 mix as program 2 and beautiful 4.0 mix as program 3. Now I have only 5.1 and 2.0 mixes(
            It’s a real shame and the worst news is that 4.0 quad mix no available anywhere else, so I lost opportunity listen to it.

              I received the replacement BD today while asking to replace it on 01 aug 2022. But sadly I didn’t receive the replacement BD for WYWH box that I asked at the same time(

                    They are still sending out the replacement discs, got mine about 5 weeks after sending my email. Worth doing if you own one just in case. Even if you've got a sealed version, you've just got to prove ownership.

                      Received my replacement yesterday. Took a month from first but in the end I can say I am happy with the service. Interesting though my original copy was still playing when I asked for replacement following the comments here, now stopped playing when the new one arrived :-)
