One of the most noisy records of the series. Clicks, clicks, it's unacceptable at this price. Compared with the 2014 edition, one step is clearly better. There is no "wow" effect, but this edition is clearly better.

So, bought all 3 reissues, and up until now only played Hybrid, which is amazing… got concerned by some reviews on here about this LP being noisy etc. so put through Degritter a couple of times and played, the start of Wake was very disconcerting, that noise… few other pops through rest of LP but after another clean they were resolved, so… the beginning of Wake, presumably this is deliberate? Sounds it, looking at grooves kinda suggests same?

Sounds so good but is anyone else having skipping issues?

Just got a copy of this and I am having issues with static sound and pops also. Sent an email, hope I can get a replacement or something because the music sounds great but the noisy vinyl is troubling

This pressing is really blow my mind... I never imagined that rock Vinyl sound quality & listening experience can be boosted until this level... Compared with Papercut Album that i have, the differences is actually not too far away but the differences really noticeable, detail, staging, & micro detail have been upgraded to the best version of this album can be existed... Worth every penny!!

I ordered all 3 and decided to spin this one first tonight and just wow! I wasn’t sure what to expect because I did not consider this an audiophile album but I was wrong. Man this pressing sounds great, crystal clear, good separation and bass! Such a Nostalgic album for me. Also they got the packaging right! Love the thin box and stoughton jacket. Much better than the Mofi 1steps and their fat lid box and fake jackets. Excited for what’s to come in this series! I will say two of my albums has some minor seem splits. I wonder if they could just place the record between the two gatefolds rather than inside the jacket for shipping purposes? Just a thought. Great job to everyone involved, and really enjoy Levi’s mastering!

Giving this a 5 star review even though my pressing has issues. It has excessive static and pops throughout the record. Also has a visible defect that causes pops. I’ve emailed slow down sounds and waiting to hear back.
Pressing issues aside, this sounds amazing! The bass/low end is excellent. The packaging is excellent as well. A friend had similar issues and received a perfect replacement. I’m confident I’ll get a perfect replacement as well.

Not surprising that this is absolutely a huge upgrade from the Walmart yellow pressing aswell as the 2014 pressing that had a pressing error on What I've Done, this is the best sounding out of the 3 Linkin Park one step releases but all of them sound fantastic. My least favorite out of the 3 albums musically but still an awesome album and i'm happy to own such a good press of it, was never happy with either pressing I had of this album. Given Up and Valentine's Day here sound huge.

This is hands down the best I've ever heard this album! It really showcases the bands attention to detail in the production and the mixing of it. It's night and day compared to the generic version, especially when it comes to the dynamic range. A truly beautiful listening experience!

Also, anyone worried about the loud static noise at the beginning of wake. Don't be. It's actually part of the track
