Of course I own many versions of MLOR on all media but I bought this version at The Chapel Hills Mall right outside The USAF Academy. I driving to Denver at 0300 hrs to get in line at a music store to get tickets for the Denver Mile High concert. 100's of us (easily 1/4 mile long down the street standing in the dark in the freezing cold for hours - as the sun rose the snow covered Rockies turned Pink for just a few minutes, yup ... way cool ... of course we were all frost bitten too. The store opened at 0830 I think so we were in line from round 0445 - I when I stepped inside the store I was brain dead frozen cold - got my tickets - there were so many of us that we were not allowed to stay in the store to warm up (was a tiny Mom & Pop store) to I ran back to my car and ran the engine till I could feel my fingers again (yes, I did lock the doors in-case someone tried to steal my tickets) Then I hightailed it South back to Colorado Springs to University of CO at Colo Spgs for an Anthropology test ... great memories ... of course my wife thought I was insane ... I was INSANE happy and guarded those tickets with my life. I saw them in Denver (18 April) and again on my 28th birthday in August at the Richfield Coliseum by Cleveland, Ohio. So thankful for The Floyd - ALL the albums are so different thru the years BUT I own and love em all equally... all are like old friends. ;-)
