Hands down best sounding copy of this album I’ve heard (my third). Nit-picky I wish we got an alternative cover, but who cares now that I can hear Bending Hectic without it sounding like I’m sitting at a camp fire eating Rice Krispies. A shame only 500 were pressed as this is without a doubt the pressing to own.

So glad I picked this up as it sounds fantastic with no pops and is quiet. Best to run it through an ultrasonic cleaner for maximum results. -
Edited 4 months agoMaybe I'm lucky as well, but my copy is quieter and more dynamic than the blue one. It's not perfect, but I finally feel like I have a pressing that meets my expectations 👌 -
Unfortunately my copy is quite noisy, much more so than the black and blue copies that I tried upon release. Most notably track B4 which is super crackly throughout (and it's been through the RCM twice). Norman records were unable to offer a replacement for obvious reasons. Very nice packaging though!
