Surprised with most people praising this pressing. It would be interesting to know what equipment they're listening on. From reading most of the comments, apparently a record not being warped or with minimal pops= "excellent pressing". This pressing is Slightly compressed, mids and highs blend, soundstage is narrow and overall muddy sounding, decent low end. Listening on a Harmon Kardon Tube Citation 2 tube amp, Marantz 2275 Pre amp, Tech 1200 MK5 with Shure v15t3 ands ADS 910 speakers... I've listened to this pressing on equipment not quite as revealing as what I'm listening to now and it sounded like shit on that gear too.

Superb pressing, fidelity separation is on point, Highs are sparkly, mids are clear and bass is thumpy. As good as the pallas press imho. Packaging is also considered, and is sturdy, clear and perfectly contrasted. Solid reissue here.

this pressing sounds wonderful, very bassy. dead silent, very heavy and flat. if you can't pick up the pallas pressing, this is a damn good alternative!

I don't know what you people are talking about. This pressing is BAD. It was sent to me in error by a Discogs seller, instead of the AAA Pallas 2019 cut. I listened to it, and immediately had a strong MEH reaction, and this is an album I know very well and love. Bass is boomy and muddy, levels are poorly balanced. Did some A/B comparison to an OG press I have and it's stark, night and day. Whoever cut this record should be banned from the business. Avoid this pressing, find an OG, a 2019, or some other reputable cutting engineer and plant. Do yourself a favor.

Super full sounding pressing. Fantastic drums and bass and wonderful quality, not a pop!!! THE pressing to get!!

Great pressing. Very clean and quiet record with no pops of non-fill issues. Lovely and flat (no warping like others have complained about with other pressings). Sounds excellent, I quite like the new mastering, doesn't seem overly compressed or anything. Gatefold is beautifully done. This is the one to get if your after a new copy of this classic album.

Disc 2 has the same Vinyl labels as Disc 1 but the correct Music pressed onto it. Anybody else with such a copy?
