1000 copies pressed on black vinyl with orange or yellow center labels.
800 stamped and hand-numbered copies were available only through the "Fiend Club". These included inserts.
28 copies available in 10 special edition 3 packs. Each pack contained 3 copies of the EP, one with a Jerry cover, one with a Doyle cover and one with a Danzig cover, all with orange center labels. Only packs #1-9 were fully completed before Glenn ran out of vinyl. #10 is just the Glenn cover and was the last one produced.

Henry Rollins of Black Flag was in the crowd for this performance and ed The Misfits on stage for track B3.
