I have three copies of this album, the others being Keith Jarrett = Keith Jarrett - The Köln Concert = ケルン・コンサート (US Warner). This is the least good of the bunch. It's crisp and bright, but lacks the body that the other two have. It almost sounds like it was cut from a digital master, though they probably would have d it as such if it were. Still, it lacks warmth the way 1980s digital typically does. -
I’ve had now four variants of this album and this is the best of them. Super clean and crisp sound. You feel like you among the seated and in awe.
