Proper, especially 'Demon' and 'Let It Take Control'.
I think 'Let It Take Control' samples https://discogs.sitiodesbloquea.com/Run-DMC-My-Adidas-Peter-Piper/master/66729, or whatever the source of Peter Piper was.

So is Tangee (who doesn't appear to be on cogs anymore) saying that one of tracks on this ep was by him? Is he Megadrive then? Confused!

Really good EP this, really good, Top Buzz used to play Pure Intention, it also features on one of my Promo Mixes, worth purchasing it for that tune alone, so is my mix!!

A2 'Demon' here is the wikked EP surprise....a mentasm-driven belter that often went unnoticed at release & has kept hidden all these years - ppl I know that own this nearly always dont realise it's there...quite ahead of it's time in style...the sound usually typical of late '92/early '93 as the darkness crept in. The rest of the tracks - A1's 'Mindscape' has the Jazzy Jeff scratching, old Strictly Underground-type stabs & the old Energizer 1 beefed Amen for beats... AA1's 'Let It Take Control' is one of those Formation 'quiet intro' tracks that takes a bit long to kick in / start, but then nice manic stabs, sub-bass, layered breaks, Prodigy's 'Everybody's In the Place' synth & Serious Intention's classic vocal hook all mix for quite a nice tune. AA2's 'Pure Intention'...has typical nice epic rave stab / stepper breaks with a decent Stephanie Mills vocal & nice synth backer to punch it along. All up, an average enough EP for the label at the time, but A2 is the easy release winner here.

On the Youtube page for Pure Intention there's a comment from EQ (Mark Yorath) stating that Megadrive had nothing to do with this tune, it just appeared on this EP. I think EQ made it, but SS just put it on this EP to make it a 4-tracker.
