This album is total bullshit mainstream dance music. Some of it may be fitting to dance to at a wedding but that's it

My favorite album by one of the greatest electro dance bands ever. With fantastic lyrics, amazing beats, synth. use, sample use, etc. Few LPs make me wanna move like this one!! Cd sounds fantastic, but it’s such a good album I’ll need vinyl too

Like many other Underworld releases, one must give the album time before fully reviewing it. 'A Hundred Days off' is an amazing release, and of course one can hear the lack of Darren Emmerson, but that doesn't mean it's missing much, just means that Rick Smith put more of his beat usage to...well USE. The album isn't as Techno heavy as Beaucoup Fish, but it's hellova lot more on the catchy side, I have yet to hear people sing lyrics for an Underworld song more than Born Slippy, but ill tell you 'Two Months Off' got pretty close, with it's highly joyful tone and melody, and hardcore techno beats. The album is truly diverse with Super Techno Tracks Like 'Dinosaur 3d' and 'Two Months Off' to their more toned down dance tracks like 'Leutin' and 'Momove'. They even went quite soft as far as content with pretty tracks like 'Ess Gee'. They even have some comical tracks like 'Trim' with its over-whacky lyrics and country-esque guitar sample =).

Overall 'A Hundred Days Off' is an amazing addition to Underworld's line-up and though it isn't their best, It still shows that Underworld has got the stuff (with or w/o Darren Emmerson). ;)
