"Restored version" refers to the raw, unadulterated track that appeared on the 1975 Basement Tapes release. It's presented here in its "restored" form without the additional reverb and mono mix that was used on the 1975 release.

"Without overdubs" refers to tracks issued on the 1975 release, with the overdubs removed.

"Alternate version" refers to a different performance of a song that was included on the 1975 Basement Tapes.

"Unreleased" refers to tracks either never released on the previous 1975 Basement Tapes, or never released by Bob Dylan previously.
