Notes
Individual discs are packaged in clear-tray jewel cases, each with a booklet (8, 24,12 & 24 pages respectively) that includes credits, notes, and release information. All four discs are housed together in a cardboard J-card-style box.
Disc 1 is an enhanced CD playable in both PCs and Macintoshes. It contains a Macromedia Director file including the then-current Discipline Global Mobile catalogue, several excerpts from the DGM albums in AIFF format, and a short 30-second Quicktime video of King Crimson performing "Dinosaur".
The track listing for CD3 is simply given as "Masque 1 - 13".

GREAT BOX SET...KING CRIMSON DIED CIRCA 1995...THE PROJEKTS ROLLED AWAY THE STONE... THE RESURRECTION NEVER HAPPENED...RIP FRIPP...

Edited 6 years ago20 years on and these albums sound as groundbreaking as on day one. Bands like Sonar and Metallic Taste Of Blood have clearly drawn inspiration from here. It's incredible that one of the most interesting "incarnations" of KC were these ephemeral splinter groups.

Edited 8 years agoI to listen this awesome piece of improvisation at the house of a great friend of mine back in 2000.
I never forget how amazed was at the moment! Bill Brufford & Tony Levin are one of the greatest hard bases ever in this style of music. Eternal Favorite =)
