I just found a perfect copy of this, too bad it is set to auto-destruct as the plastic sleeve holding the singles off-gasses and fogs the vinyl. Terrible.
-
My copy came from Japan and has an A&M sticker on it like in the second photo above.
On it, there is what I assume to be the Japanese catalogue number:
AY-1001-1006 (with price of ¥5,400)
Q: Should this be listed as a separate Release for JP? -
I had to order this originally from Boots in those far off days when they had a record department. Imagine my disappointment when I opened it up and found that Roxanne had been supplied on black vinyl. The label has the correct catalogue reference AMPP 6001. Does this make the collection more or less valuable??

Edited 5 years agoMy "The Beds too big without you" (6001/e) is a mispress with "Can't stand losing you" in place on the A side. It is E on the label but L in the matrix. Anyone else experience this?

I think each of the 6 releases bear adding as individual issues, as they are appearing on the market separated from the Six Pack. Either we have separate entries for each of the 6 items (noting they are taken from the Six Pack) or we end up with dealers selling the "six pack" but noting in the description that they only have item "x" and not all six which is even more confusing. My vote is not to merge.
