This copy seems to be the closest to mine, XLP113761-2D o, ...762-3D o, ...763-4A o, ...764-2D o. Everything else is identical, including 9 pics, with Claudia C.
Interestingly my 1st copy of this LP was a New Zealand late 70s re-issue with the orange to yellow fade label. That copy still had the Claudia pic inside, I see it is not listed here and I sold my copy after buying this one, so can't list the details.

I have this pressing, however my sleeve is not the 9 photo "Girls" cover. It is the more common 7 photo gatefold but does have an odd circular gold sticker that is unlike any other Columbia promotional sticker I have seen. It reads "Promotional Album Columbia Special Products A Service of Columbia Records." Does anyone have any info on this or this sticker? Is this an original mono pressing put into a different sleeve with this sticker? Also the album is hole punched in the top right corner which I am pretty sure means it was a promo copy in a store. But it confuses me because it isn't the 9 photo gatefold.
