Matrix prefix of '700' indicates pressed by PRS Ltd., Miramar/Wellington.
It can also easily spotted by the different label design as the "real" Australian one has the Discovery font from the frontcover on the label (see: Discovery).
Also, the inner sleeve is a lighter brown print on thin smooth paper on the Australian issue, while the NZ version is a dark brown on a slightly rough cardboard.
