We post five days a week Monday/Friday orders must be paid for by 3.00pm to be shipped that day other wise will go the following day.
Returns: 14 Days:
All records are now marked with a invisible smart water to protect against fraud.
Please not we do not under any circumstances offer part refunds.
Damaged items or if you simply don't want the item.
You may be required to pay the return postage if retuning goods and possibly the outbound costs including packing costs.
We may or may not ask for proof of the fault or the return of faulty goods for inspection before offering a refund.
Any return must include all original packing, inserts, outer packing with any stickers, all must be include in the return.
All returns from countries with customs services must be marked as being returned.
Any customs charges incurred by not doing this will be ed on to the returner.
All sealed records or CD,s sealed in the original packing must be sent back in the same condition.
If you open it and its not faulty or not as ordered we will not accept a return if you simply don't want it.
We will need you to provide a copy of the return postal receipt and the item back before we can refund any money.

We endeavour to give the best possible service and quality we can, but ultimately some things may go wrong, or items may be offered for sale but not be in stock, we run a busy shop and attend record fairs so items can sell and take a few days to be removed from the site please be aware of this when ordering as negative for this is unacceptable.

Note we cannot be held responsible for missing items as we have no influence over the postal system in our and your country and any item send not signed for could result in you not being able to get a postal refund.
We keep all proof of postage to assist in any postal problems.
Also please ignore the shipping times royal mail quote as they are not true and post often takes a lot longer than the time quoted by them, these postage times are just estimates.

Grading System:In order to assist everyone who buys and sells rare discs, Record Collector magazine has originated a set of standards for the condition of second-hand records, I have added a (+) or (-)to my gradings where applicable.
We Use these grading's
MINT / MINT- / EXC+ / EXC / EXC- / VG+ / VG / VG- / G+ / G / G- / Poor / Bad

MINT: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records d as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.
EXCELLENT: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
FAIR: The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump.
The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.
POOR: The record will not play properly due to scratches, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing.
BAD: The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler.

IMPORT TAXES:

I am based in the UK. For items delivered to the UK, there are no import fees or duties.

Items being delivered anywhere outside of the UK will be subject to customs fees (Import taxes). This is usually your local sales tax (VAT / GST, IVA) percentage on top of the price of the item.

DDU means ‘Delivery, Duty Unpaid’.
This means you, the importer / receiver of the item is responsible to pay any Sales Tax or duties to your local customs or the courier company to release the goods from customs before being delivered to you.
