ESPECIALLY ON VINYL RECORDS THEY ARE NEVER PERFECT.
With CD's I DO NOT grade the jewel cases, (they scratch very easily) I only grade the discs and inlays.

I take no responsibility for damages related to items in transit. I always pack my records and CD's very carefully with strong boxes, extra bubble wrap, bubble wrapped lined mailers etc. After packages leave my hands, (and our in the possession of the USPS & International Post services). I take on no responsibility in lost, or missing packages (with records or CD's) or to any damages that occurs in transit. You as buyer waive any claims. NO REFUNDS on missing, lost or damaged packages!

After orders are shipped out I have no control on how long it will take to get to you.
Media Mail usually takes 3 to 10 days. (Sometimes a little longer in rare cases).
On first class international orders.
It usually takes between 7 to 21 working days to arrive.
This depends on your country's customs offices (They could be kinda slow :(
So please be very patient, in rare cases it could take over 40 days to arrive.
Also I always email the custom form numbers to buyer after I have shipped out their orders.
To Canada there is usually full tracking information. To all other international destinations there is mostly full tracking information or some partial tracking information, It will even state as "Package has been delivered).
