Return Policy:
In case a buyer for whatever reason doesn't want to keep an item our policy is to never do a partial refund but to always take the item back for a full refund. The buyer sends the item back to our store. Only return shipments with track & trace are accepted. The returned goods will be refunded upon their arrival back to us. Return shipping costs are for the buyer.
Customs :
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes or fees for which we are not responsible. If such fees are charged by the destination country, it is the responsibility of the buyer to pay them in full to receive the parcel. We will never lower values for customs declarations or declare shipments as a gift to avoid fees as this is fraud. As proof of the true value the Discogs commercial receipt will always be included in the customs documents as well.
Missing/Damaged Parcels Policy:
All parcels are shipped out in sturdy packaging and include full track & trace and insurance. Despite this it very occasionally can happen (about one of every 1500/2000 parcels on average) that a parcel goes missing or gets damaged. We will ALWAYS refund the full amount of the order plus the original shipping price as well as the return shipping costs. Please keep in mind though that the refund will always be issued AFTER the official missing parcel investigation is completed or AFTER a damaged item including the original packaging has arrived back to us. The reason we need BOTH the damaged packaging and the damaged item back here is that we can proof the damage towards our shipping partners when we claim our loss. The reason for missing parcels being refunded AFTER the investigation is completed is that it can occur that the parcel gets redirected while the investigation is still pending and gets delivered after all. During the waiting time of the investigation or return shipment (which of course is very annoying for the buyer) we always keep the buyer updated in realtime as information reaches us. Please always keep in mind that both buyer and seller are on the same team here since a third party (Postal Company) made a mistake, not you and not us! Everything will be ok in the end!

*We do not PO box / Pack stations / Parcel lockers / Forwarding Companies and direct Postal Office shipments since not all couriers accept deliveries to colleagues or competitors and there is always the risk in that case of the item being returned to us.

430AM Studio sells new and/or pre-owned LPs and vinyl singles. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered. Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind 430AM Studio.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of shipping costs, unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made only via the payment methods offered during the ordering process through one of the payment methods / buttons in the Discogs order.
5. Delivery
Orders will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment to the address provided. The delivery period is displayed in the seller . Delays caused by postal services are considered force majeure.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).
After notifying us of your return, you have another 14 days to return the product.
You will receive a full refund of the order amount including the original shipping costs, provided the product is returned in its original condition and packaging. The costs for returning the product are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.
