-After 3 decades of collecting music, I'm finally letting go of everything as it's time to move on from this hobby and put the money towards a positive cause. I'll be using the funds earned from sales on Discogs & eBay to fund my humanitarian travels so that I can assist people in impoverished nations. I'm slowly recording my collection and listing it for sale. The collecting aspect of the hobby has lost its appeal. I consume music, appreciate it for what it is, and move on. Inflation is hitting every aspect of the marketplace. As of May 22, 2023, Discogs more than doubled their selling fees and I had to adjust my shipping policy due to increased prices on shipping and mailers.

I've been collecting and selling since the 90's and know how to properly grade media. I used to sell on eBay and I'll still occasionally list lots and sell items banned on Discogs there https://ebay.com/usr/conceptcharlie
- All orders are triple checked prior to shipping so that you get exactly what you ordered.
- All items are graded by visual inspection only. You acknowledge this buy purchasing my items.
- I manually type a description for ALL items, it's my quality control check. It's your responsibility to read the item description when placing an order. Your failure to read the condition description is not my issue.
- I don't grade generic sleeves, I replace trashed sleeves when needed.
- I don't have time to take & email pics of any media. I do my absolute best in describing my items for sale and my speaks for itself.
- Please remain respectful in the rare case of an issue occurring, common courtesy goes a long way. Again, my speaks for itself.
- Please make sure you really want an item when you place an order, too many potential buyers are placing orders and then requesting to cancel them, sometimes even after they already paid.
- Make sure you're ordering the correct item you really want as I am not responsible for your errors.
- Please do not waste my time as I process orders quickly and do not waste my buyer's time.
- If you waste my time, you will be blocked.
- All non-paying buyers will be blocked from future purchases.

I'm typically very conservative in my grading of media. Anything suspect looking on any media for sale is tested to ensure it doesn't affect playback. I do my best to offer the cheapest copy available on all the music I sell. If you see something that I'm selling and I'm not offering the best price, shoot me a message. I may be able to adjust price all based on condition/rarity/availability/etc...

- Records are play tested on a Technics 1200MKII with Shure M44-7 cartridge, N44-7 stylus, with 1.5 grams weight on a custom cork mat
- CD's are play tested on either a Tascam Studio player or Mac Superdrive
- DVD's are play tested on a Mac Superdrive
- Cassette's are play tested on a Denon DN-730R studio deck

All orders are shipped to your confirmed Paypal address. It's YOUR responsibility to make sure your PayPal address is correct. If you're capable of placing an order, you're capable of updating your address. I will not refund original cost of shipping for returned packages, only the item amount will be refunded... unless you decide to pay for shipping again. The Paypal fee's will also not be refunded as Paypal doesn't refund those, it's the cost of using their service. Also, I am not responsible for the post office's mistakes. If you have an issue with what occurs to your package after it ships, please your local post office. Once the item ships, I no longer have any control or ability to stop the shipment. Again, please ensure your information is correct.

Cancelation policy:
Before payment - If you made a mistake and placed an order and no longer want it, please message me right away or you will get an automatic non-paying buyer negative after 4 days of non-payment. I have no problem canceling your order before payment.
After payment - If you request to cancel your order after paying, the Paypal fee's associated with the transaction will not be refunded to you as these fee's are not refundable by Paypal.
Non-paying buyers are automatically added to the blocked list!

Return Policy:
There are no returns accepted on used items. I will only accept return on still sealed items. This is due to issues with people who buy music, record or it to file, and then try to return it for a refund. They never intended on owning it in the first place. I don't run into this often but it does occur. If you file a claim and request a refund/partial refund or return, you must return the item at your expense in the condition it was sent to you before any type of refund will be issued.

Regarding Budget copies
These are items that have some issues. They typically have issues ranging from lots of scuffs/hairlines/heavy writing on labels/no sleeve/etc... I've been collecting and selling since the 90's and can accurately grade records. I will never sell an item that has issues without listing the issue within description. Budget copies are my way of trying to preserve music media for future generations. I will often times throw these copies on my record cleaning machine and clean away. I will then either test any uncertain areas or fully play test all depending. Again, anything suspect looking on any media for sale is tested to ensure it doesn't affect playback.
