For International order, I need your phone number for shipping. If you want to avoid shipping delays, please include it.

Canada Post Economy (28-48 days): No tracking, no insurance. Choose at your own risk.

Chit Chat Standard (5-45 days): Tracked and insured, but the package is not returned to me if you don't pick it up, they dispose of it. Therefore, I cannot refund if you do not collect it.

Canada Post Standard (6-10 days): Tracked and insured, but expensive.

All items are visually graded, unless otherwise specified.

All my LPs are Spin-Cleaned unless new. Paper inner-sleeves, unless printed, are discarded and replaced with a plastic inner-sleeves. LPs are shipped outside their sleeve to prevent seam split in shipping. Can provide pictures and/or sound clip upon request.

Local pickup can be done in Saint-Alphonse-de-Granby, Qc; or we can take arrangement to meet in Montreal area.

Payment must be received within 5 days after order is placed. If this is not possible, please
me so we can arrange something. Shipping is done once a week, usually on Friday, so shipping will be done, at worst, within 5 business days of receiving payment.

Buyer pays shipping for order and returns if applicable. I always charge the price I pay for shipping, so me with your full address for correct shipping rate prior to pay invoice.

Any customs charges or import duties must be paid by the customer and I cannot be held responsible for these charges. However, I do put Commercial Invoice in the packing slip for International order. Therefore for buyer from country where VAT is charged, you won't have to pay it twice.
