I keep my music organized alphabetically, so that means I regularly move each item to keep my inventory up to date. Occasionally, a cracked a jewel case or creased sleeve will occur during this process, so please be aware that I may have to mention that there's a change in the condition of an item. If I need to make any kind of change of condition to something you purchase it is okay for you to cancel that item, or your entire order if you'd like.

Also, I do my best to list everything under the most relevant submissions available at the time of each initial listing. I do get lost when it comes to titles with many variants, so if you are looking for some specific matrix code or any kind of difference that I may not be aware of then please let me know ahead of time so I can check it out for you. Matrix information for vinyl or CDs can only be verified on items that are not sealed - PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT MATRIX INFORMATION TO MATCH ON ANY SEALED ITEMS FOR RELEASES THAT LIST SEVERAL VARIATIONS.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: International buyers are responsible for their country's customs, duties, and taxes. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. If your package doesn't arrive right away, please be patient. Sometimes it takes time for packages to clear your country's customs. You may need to be available to retrieve your package from customs, should your country require any additional fees. International prices are only estimates. Prices are subject to change due to inaccuracies with Discogs default weights. Do not proceed with your purchase if you don't agree to these .

IF YOUR PAYPAL ADDRESS IS NOT RECOGNIZED FOR ME TO PRINT AN ONLINE SHIPPING LABEL: You are responsible for USPS to recognize the address you use with Discogs and Paypal, but if something does go wrong I will try my best to fix the problem. If I am unable to take care of the issue you will need to choose one of the following options: A) You will agree to pay any additional USPS shipping charges that occur at the post office, since shipping discounts are only given when shipping labels are made online; or B) You will need to cancel the order. Neither one of us will be given neutral or negative since this was an issue beyond our control.

CANCELLATIONS: If I don't receive payment or communication within 4 days after you are invoiced, I will cancel the order so items will be made available to others.

MAKING OFFERS: Sorry, I had to uncheck the Making Offers box due to buyers making ridiculous offers. I often pay a lot for hard to get items and some of those items I enjoy having in my collection, so I couldn't care less about how much anyone here is willing to pay for something they'd like me to sell them. On the other hand, I'd be happy to accept any respectable offers, especially when it comes to multiple items being considered.

LISTINGS: Please be aware that every listing here is subject to change at any time without my knowledge and the listings that I offer were placed using the best choice available at that time. If you are expecting particular details to be 100% precise for any listing, please ask me before you purchase that item.

GRADING: Everyone grades differently, so I expect a little consideration when it comes to not meeting a buyer's exact expectation. Some days I grade a lot of items and there’s always a chance that I may overlook a cutout or some other flaw on an item. If this happens, please let me know and I will do what I can to make it up to you. Jewel cases and cassette boxes are not considered in my gradings, although, I will mention it if the jewel case is a necessary part of the presentation. Vinyl is not play graded unless mentioned in description.

CASSETTE SOUND ISSUES: Every used cassette I sell was tested using my home cassette player. Please be aware that cassette players have different tolerances. If you receive a cassette that doesn't play through smoothly on your player, rewind the cassette to the beginning of the side you are playing. Turn the cassette around and rewind it once again. You may need to repeat this a couple more times, but you'll see that most of the time rewinding the tape will fix the problem. If you still have issues, please let me know.

RETURNS: Examine your package carefully when it arrives to see if the item/s you purchased match their description. Buyer pays for return shipping unless I made a mistake in the listing, or I send you the wrong item. If you don't agree with my grading, please let me know. Should you need to return any brand new, factory sealed items, they are expected to be returned in the same factory sealed condition unless issue was first discussed and authorized.

: If you are unhappy with your order, please do not leave neutral or negative until you have alerted me to the issue that made you feel unhappy. I will do my best to be sure that you are taken care of.
