SHIPPING - Items will usually be shipped within 3 working days. Buyers will be informed if for whatever reason (holidays, illness, etc) shipping will take longer.
ORDERS OVER £50 - Please me BEFORE paying, as high value orders must include some form of insurance, so postage will be more than the amount set by Discogs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS - Please seller before leaving negative ! Problems can often be resolved by communication! If the item needs to be returned, the buyer pays the return postage. Refunds will not be issued until the item is received back by the seller, and in the same condition it was shipped out. More valuable items will have been photographed and other methods will be used prior to posting to the buyer, to ensure that the return is not the subject of switching for a lesser copy. Please re-use the packing I sent it in, as it is more than adequate. Returns must be posted back to the seller within 7 days of receipt.
If on receipt of the item I can replicate the problem you encounter on either of my turntables, and it was not fully described in the original listing, I will refund the cost plus the return postage you paid. If I cannot replicate the problem, or I consider that the problem is fully described in the original listing, or if you just no longer want the item, then I will refund the cost, net of the PayPal fees I have suffered, but not the return postage you paid.
OVERSEAS BUYERS - PLEASE seller for postage/shipping rates. Discogs will apply your country's sales taxes where appropriate, on top of the selling price. This is outside of my control.
EU BUYERS PLEASE NOTE - You will be charged VAT at your country's rate by Discogs, on top of the selling price. This is outside of my control, and you buy from me being fully aware that you may also be charged more in other import duties when the package arrives at your customs point of entry. These charges are not my responsibility.
It is unfortunately becoming quite common for an EU country to charge VAT on a Discogs package at the point of entry, even though it has already been paid by the buyer via the Discogs invoice. If you are unlucky enough to be charged VAT twice by your country's customs in error, please send them the Discogs invoice which clearly shows that the VAT for your territory has been paid, and also includes all Discogs' relevant VAT numbers. If for whatever reason you cannot access the invoice, let me know and I will send you a copy by email.
Please note that if you are charged VAT twice, I cannot be held responsible as I will have included all the necessary paperwork on the outside of the package, namely form CN22 and the Disgogs invoice referred to, all as instructed by Discogs. I will have taken a picture of the package prior to posting as proof that I have included everything required by EU customs. Therefore I will not refund you VAT charged twice in error by your country's customs, and you must take it up with them.
